This is the third bail application. Earlier twice applications were rejected. There is no change circumstances. Hence it is rejected. However, it is pointed out that one witness is examined. In the order dated 06/04/2016 it is noted that the matter was fixed for recording of evidence on 05/05/2016 onwards. By the order dated 04/09/2015 of this Court the learned Sessions Judge was directed to complete the trial preferably within one year from the date of receipt of the order. Nesarikar
