According to the Petitioner he had submitted a representation dated 17th September, 2016 (Exhibit D) along with the recommendation of the Management dated 6th October, 2016 (Exhibit H) before Respondent No. 4 in regard to the proposed decision as to declaring him as a surplus teacher.

Today the only prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 4 to look into the Petitioner's grievance as reflected in the representation dated 17th September, 2016 (Exhibit D) along with the recommendation of Management dated 6th October, 2016 (Exhibit H) and to take appropriate decision on it.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, this Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representation dated 17th September, 2016 (Exhibit D) as expeditiously as possible but not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.

Till the Petitioner's representation as aforesaid is decided the Petitioner be allowed to continue at his present place of posting. 7.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
