Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. As the Family Court Appeals of the years 2007-2008 are at present listed on the final hearing cause list, priority cannot be granted to the Family Court Appeal No.223 of 2013 and Family Court Appeal No.219 of 2014. Therefore, the prayer clause (a) cannot be granted. As far as the prayer clause (b) is concerned, there is an affidavit filed by the

ash cam-345.15 Respondent which is dated 4th April 2016. In Paragraph 3 of the said affidavit, she has stated thus: "3.

.....Now she is filing this short 'Affidavit-In-Reply', as she is giving undertaking on oath that 'now onwards, she will not contact the Applicant, his office staff and his Advocate in any manner'.

The aforesaid statement is accepted as her undertaking. In view of this undertaking, as of today, it is not necessary to consider the prayer clause (b) on merits. Application is accordingly disposed of.
