Parole has been rejected to prisoner by order dated 13 th April, 2017 and Appeal against it

Rane 2/2 WP-4014-2017 (SR.34) 15.10.2019 has been rejected on 17 th July, 2017.

It appears that, request for parole was made by petitioner alongwith the Medical Certificates dated 12 th June, 2015 and 17th January, 2016. These Certificates are now stale. In this situation, we grant petitioner leave to move fresh application if cause for seeking parole still subsists.

If such application with proper documents is moved within eight weeks from today, Authority shall consider it in accordance with law at the earliest thereafter.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed off.

6.

Order be communicated to prisoner in jail.
