This Petition concerns the Elphinstone Bridge where the stampede took place on 29.09.2017.

The learned ASG submits that the bridge has been widened and another bridge is constructed. Regular monitoring is also going on so that the persons, other than the passengers, do not use these bridges. 3.

In view thereof, we dispose of the P.I.L.
