Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison Nashik, submitted that, Petitioner has been released from Jail on 02.11.2020 after undergoing entire sentence. 2.

In view thereof, Petitioner will be at liberty to pursue his remedy for the grievance mentioned in the Petition. According to us, as of today nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off. 3.

In view of disposal of Petition, Criminal Application No. 38 of 2019 does not survive and is also disposed off.
