Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The grievance of the petitioner is that 4th respondent has raised unauthorised construction and inspite of various complaints and even letter sent by the Collector, Ratnagiri, Tahasildar - Dapoli has not taken any action in regard to the petitioner's complaints. 2.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without commenting upon the merits of the matter, we are inclined to dispose of the 1/2

38. wp 10566.15.doc Petition by directing Tahasildar - Dapoli , District Ratnagiri to look into the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate action on it in accordance with law. Needless to mention that we have not expressed any opinion about the contentions raised in the Petition and the said Authority will be free to take appropriate action in accordance with law within 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
