Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. I-443/2016 registered with Sinhagad Road Police Station for offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Apart from the fact that there are no change in circumstances, there is strong material evidence available on record against the applicant so as to infer his prima facie involvement in the crime in question. As such, application stands rejected.
