Petitioner is father of respondent no.2 complainant. Respondent No. 3.is mother of respondent no. 2. Respondent No.2 is present in court and states that he has completed graduation in Engineering and is now preparing for the post graduate studies. His father was cleaning the revolver and accidentally the bullet was fired. Frightened by the same, he made a complaint. He is therefore, seeking leave to withdraw the complaint.

The revolver is now already seized by respondent No.1 State.

Petitioner states and undertakes not to claim it back. Respondent No.3 mother is also requesting for quashing of the proceedings.

In view of these developments and affidavits filed by respondent no. 2 and 3 we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
