1] The PIL petitioner Namdev Wagh is present in the Court. In his presence, a request is made to grant time and for amendment of the application/PIL.

2] The criminal application on board seeks relief of an affidavit being allowed to be tendered. That affidavit is sought to be filed as per the order passed on 12th January 2015 in the PIL. That order directs the petitioner/applicant to take the requisite steps to file a reply. 3] That is a reply to Criminal Application No. 7 of 2013. 4] We take this reply tendered by the applicant/petitioner though belatedly.

5] The application on our board, i.e., Criminal Application No. 53 of 2016 is disposed of accordingly.
