C.:- 1) Mrs.Takalkar, learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, after completion of the investigation of the present crime, the police have submitted charge sheet in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panhala, District Kolhapur on 21st July 2020 and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No.92 of 2017. The trial Court has already framed charge and recording of evidence of the witnesses may start on the next date of hearing.
