Pursuant to the earlier order, the Registrar (Judicial I) has submitted a report dated 8.6.2018. Perused the report which discloses that two Writ Petition Nos.9956 of 2010 and 8864 of 2011 were filed while converting Appeal from Order No.745 of 2010. In both the Writ Petitions, the order dated 24.9.2009 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division , Thane in Summary Suit No.34 of 2007 is challenged.

Writ Petition No.9956 of 2010 was dismissed by this Court by order dated 30.3.2015. Hence, with the same order, this Writ Petition No.8864 of 2011 is to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.

Civil Application No.9034 of 2010 also stands dismissed. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
