P.C.:- At the outset the learned AGP submits that the Petitioner has alternative remedy of filing revision application under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. In this regard he has relied upon judgment in Gurudassing Mawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors. 2015 Law Suit (SC) 1107. 2.
In the light of the said statement, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision application. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. 3.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
