The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that by this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner Plaintiff challenges the order dated 06.07.2017 passed by the District Judge, Pune below Exhibit- 32 in Civil Appeal No.52/2004 partly allowing their Application for amendment of the plaint by adding parties. He submits that subsequently the said appeal was decided by the appellate court by order dated 16.01.2018. He has placed on record a copy of the said order. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.
