By the present Petition, Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs. "(A) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to file the status report on the investigation done in CR No. 136 of 2021 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station.

(B) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to transfer/Assign the investigation of CR No. 136 of 2021 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station to Crime Branch EOW, CID, Mumbai for further investigation."

As far as prayed Clause (A) is concerned, learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, the Investigating Agency after completion of investigation has already submitted Chargesheet in the Court of Competent jurisdiction. However, it is yet to be numbered. In view thereof, the prayer for submitting status report has been worked out. As far as prayer Clause (B), i.e. transfer of investigation is concerned, we do not feel it necessary to do it at this stage, as neither the Petitioner nor his Advocate has read the said Chargesheet. 3.

In view of above, we find no merits in the Petition and the Petition is accordingly dismissed.
