P.C. :- P.C. :- The limited relief claimed by the Petitioner is that the Respondent No.2 should be directed to consider the proposal for grant of approval to the Petitioner taking into consideration that the Petitioner-Candidate belongs to the reserved category. Taking into consideration the innocuous nature of the prayer, the Respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the proposal with regard to grant of approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today in the light of view taken by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.8587 of 2016 along Shivgan

It is further directed that until decision on the proposal and in the event, the order passed by the Respondent No.2 is adverse to the interest of the Petitioner, for a period of four weeks, the Respondent shall not send surplus teachers to occupy the post occupied by the present Petitioner.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
