The learned counsel for the appellant submits that on 07.03.2015, the respondent corporation demolished the suit structure pursuant to the notice under Section 488 dated 05.03.2015. Hence, nothing survives in the present Appeal from Order. He seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to take appropriate steps against the respondents.

Same is allowed.

Appeal from Order as well as Civil Application stand dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
