This is an application for extension of time to furnish sureties contending that though applicant has produced the sureties on 06/10/2016, their verification is in progress, and the process may take another two weeks.

(P4)APPR-582-16 Record reveals that this Court while granting application for bail by order dated 29th September 2016, released applicant provisionally on cash bail till 13th October 2016 with direction to furnish sureties by that date. Considering the fact that applicant has already furnished two sureties, verification of whom is in progress, time of two weeks is further extended to furnish sureties. Application is allowed.
