By this petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent to take cognizance of the complaint. The said complaint is annexed at Exhibit A to the petition. A persual of the same discloses that the petitioner has not filed any complaint. However, his advocate has given notice to the Inspector Incharge, V. P. Road Police Station, Mumbai. We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere with the petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh pps

In the even such application is filed, the concerned police station shall look into the grievance and take appropriate decision and intimate the petitioner accordingly.
