By this application, the applicants have prayed for vacating interim order granted on 11.9.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.233 of 2015.

Mr.Sonawane states that applicant no.4 is personally present in the court. He has tendered photocopy of driving licence of

2 / 2 CAW/2883/2015 applicant no.4. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

After arguing Application for quite some time, Mr. Sonawane, upon taking instructions from applicant no.4, seeks permission to withdraw this Application.
