The petition is filed for direction to the respondent to take cognizance of the petitioners complaint. The complaint is dated 20.10.2014. In respect of the same incident, the petition has filed complaint dated 19.10.2014 which is registered by police as N.C. Complaint. The petitioner is always at liberty to file private complaint or proceed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. However, in exercise of the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, we are not inclined to interfere with the petition. Petition is accordingly dismissed.
