The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants Shri Abhishek Yende states that in view of the supervening event of the "B" Summary report being filed in the Trial Court and which has been accepted by the Trial Court, the above Criminal Application seeking quashing of the FIR has turned infructuous. The Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.
