Learned counsel for the applicant restricts this application to the prayer of early hearing of the above petition. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties and having gone through the nature of the subject matter of the petition, we find that a case for early hearing is made out. The Registry is, accordingly, directed to place the petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 14th September, 2015.
