This application is allowed by consent in terms of prayer at para 7(a). By consent and upon joint request of learned counsel, it is further directed that the main Writ Petition No. 10759 of 2004 may be listed before the appropriate Court for final disposal in view of the understanding arrived at amongst the parties, on 31st August 2016.

It is also submitted that pursuant to the interim order dated 15th January 2009 in the main Writ Petition No. 10759 of 2004, an amount of Rs.44,580/- is deposited with the Registry on 30th January 2009. Therefore, the Registry is directed to place on ABS

CAW 1953-2016 record of the main writ petition a report as regards deposit of the amount as aforesaid or otherwise by the petitioner and the present status of that amount as regards its deposit with the Registry or investment in any bank and the interest, if any, accruing on that amount till 31st August 2016.
