By this Civil Application, applicants/claimants are seeking condonation of 181 days delay in filing the First Appeal, challenging the Judgment and Award dated 5th December, 2014 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Pune in Claim Application No. 137 of 2012 for additional compensation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicants and averment made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, the following order is passed. : ORDER :

a) Delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned. b) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. c) No order as to costs.
