Learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison, Pune submitted that, the application of Petitioner dated 20th September 2021 will be reconsidered by the Competent Authority in conformity with Circular dated 17th August 2022 issued by the Additional Director General of Police and Inspector General of Prison. The said Statement is accepted.

In view thereof, Orders dated 22nd December 2021 passed by the Competent Authority and dated 2nd August 2022 passed by the Appellate Authority are set aside and the application of the Petitioner dated 20th September 2021 is remanded back to the Competent Authority for its afresh consideration.
