Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the State. The learned AGP on instructions of Shri V.A.Joshi, Assistant, Co-operation Department, accepts that the revision application preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 31st August, 2015 is still pending before the Revisional Authority and even the prayer for interim relief has not been considered.

Hence we dispose of the petition by passing the following order :- (i) We direct the petitioner to appear before the Revisional 1/2

27) wp10334-15 Authority on 28th October, 2015. at 3.00 p.m. for fixing a schedule of hearing on the prayer for interim relief; (ii) We direct that the prayer for interim relief in the pending revision application shall be decided by the Revisional Authority as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 21st November, 2015.

(iii) The order passed on the application shall be forthwith communicated to the petitioner;

(iv) Till 30th November, 2015, ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 16th October, 2015 shall continue to operate; (v) The Revisional Authority shall decide the prayer for interim relief without being influenced by the limited protection granted by this Court;

(vi) All contentions on merits are kept open;

(vii) The petition is disposed of in above terms;
