The Petition is filed in the year 2017. On 14th June, 2022, when the matter was listed before this Court, none appeared for the Petitioner. An order was passed by this Court making reference to the prayer in the Petition. Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2 sought sometime to take instructions. Today also, none appeared for the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2, on instructions, submitted before this Court that the Petitioner had approached the Corporation for grant of transfer of development rights and as there were certain proceedings pending, the issue of grant of TDR was kept pending, subsequently, as the proceedings were terminated, the Respondent No. 2 granted the development rights Umesh

1.WP.13455.2017.doc to the Petitioner in pursuance to order dated 31st May, 2017. It is also submitted by learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2 that in view of these events, the representation submitted by the Petitioner looses its efficacy. 3.

Considering the fact that in spite of granting opportunity to the Petitioner, none appeared for the Petitioner on earlier occasion as well as today also and considering the fact that the development rights are already transferred in favour of the Petitioner pursuant to order dated 31st May, 2017, the grievance raised in the Petition no more survives.
