P.C:- Noting of the Registrar disclose that Special Suit No. 18/1996 is valued at Rs.10,000/- and since it is below Rs.1 Crore, in terms of the notification issued by the Law and Judiciary, Government of Maharashtra, under Maharashtra Civil Courts (Amendment) Act 2015, which came into effect from 1st September, 2015, Registry has put up a note that the matter be transferred to District Court, Raigad.
