None appears for the Petitioner. Heard learned AGP for the Respondent-State and the learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3. By this petition, the Petitioner is challenging the order dated 28th August 2017 passed in Writ Petition (st.) No. 20788 of 2017. It is the order passed by learned Single Judge of this Court. This Court while exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot seat in an appeal over an order passed by learned Single Judge of this Court. Writ petition is misconceived one and the same is therefore dismissed.
