1] Considering the fact that the trial has commenced, four witnesses have been examined till date and this Court is inclined to expedite the trial and make it time bound, learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions does not press this Bail Application.

2] Since it is informed that the trial has commenced, four witnesses have been examined till date and the learned APP states that six more witnesses are to be examined, it would be appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose off the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within three months from the date of receipt of this order. 3] Bail Application is accordingly disposed off as withdrawn on the aforesaid terms.
