The learned APP has tendered across the bar the copy of the report/letter dated 18/10/2019 addressed by the Senior Police Inspector, Sahar Police Station, Mumbai to the Public Prosecutor, High Court, Mumbai. Relying upon the said communication, the learned APP submits that it is the allegation of the Petitioner that the wife of Petitioner Smt. Jesinta Arvind Desai has been missing from Landon. However, the learned APP also submits that the the Police Inspector Deshmukhe had called the wife of the Petitioner in Police Station on 03/10/2019 and, the Petitioner and his wife met in the police station on that day. The learned APP further submits that the wife of Petitioner Smt. Jesinta Arvind Desai refused to stay with her husband i.e. the Petitioner.

(9) wp-4757.19.odt The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though he has sent communications to the Petitioner and tried to contact him, the Petitioner has not contacted him.

In the light of the subsequent development after filing the Writ Petition, and in view of the statements made by the learned APP as also considering the contents of the report/letter dated 18/10/2019 of the Senior Inspector of Sahar Police Station, Mumbai, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition for consideration.
