Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, this Court by order dated 5th September, 2023 has granted bail to the coaccused Mayur Pansare. The role attributed to the applicant is same that of Mayur Pansare hence, applicant is entitled for parity. 3.

Learned APP fairly submitted that, the role attributed to Mayur Pansare and applicant is same.

I have heard both learned counsel. Perused FIR and charge-sheet. The role attributed to applicant and co-accused Mayur 1/2

Shantanu Dhudum 47-BA-3685-2022.doc Pansare is same. This Court has granted bail to co-accused, the said order has not been challenged.

In view of above, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 262 of 2021 registered at Pimpri Police Station, Pune, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a month i.e. on first Saturday between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. till framing of charge.

(iii) Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witness.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
