On being pointed out that the Contempt Petition does not disclose any specifics so as to form an opinion about violation or non-compliance of the order dated 8th May, 2015 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Civil Application No. 96 of 2014 in PIL No. 41 of 2006, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Contempt Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after gathering the necessary information.
