The above Civil Application has been filed to implead BSNL, ICICI Bank Ltd. and Assest Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd. as party Respondents to the above Civil Revision Application. In so far as the BSNL is concerned, it is the case of the Applicant that the Respondenthusband was working with the BSNL. In so far as the ICICI Bank Ltd. and Assest Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd. are concerned, it is the case of the Applicant that since the Respondent-husband has not paid the installments towards the loan taken for the flat in which the Applicant is residing, proceedings under the SARFAESI Act have been adopted by the ICICI Bank Ltd. and Assest Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd. In my view, presence of the ICICI Bank and Assest Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd. is not necessary in the above Civil Revision Application, as no BGP.

order can be passed against the said entities in the above Petition which is arising out of an application for maintenance. However, in so far as the BSNL is concerned, since an order dated 29.04.2015 is already passed by a Learned Single Judge of this Court directing BSNL not to permit Respondent to withdraw the retirement benefits. The Civil Application in so far as joining the BSNL as party Respondent to the above Civil Revision Application can be allowed. Hence to the said limited extent, the Civil Application is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to join BSNL as a party Respondent to the above Civil Revision Application. Amendment to be carried out within one week from date. After carrying out amendment, BSNL to be served. List the Civil Revision Application for admission after three weeks i.e. on 17.04.2017. The Civil Application is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] BGP.
