This petition challenges the further order passed on 30th August, 2016, and the notice dated 31st August, 2016, issued by the Tahsildar threatening to recover the sum towards wages of the concerned 23 workmen as arrears of land revenue. For the reasons that we have assigned while disposing of Writ Petition No.9608 of 2016, even this writ petition succeeds.
