This Petition takes exception to the ex-parte order of stay dated 31.08.2018 passed by the respondent No.5Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai. Mr.Patil submitted that the arguments before the respondent No.5 are concluded on 31.10.2018 and matter is closed for passing order. Respondent No.5 is not passing order because of the pendency of this Petition. As the order impugned is granting of ex-parte stay and as the matter is reserved for passing order by the 5th respondent, petitioners are not pressing this Petition.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Patil, Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
