Petitioners claim that they were ordered to be transferred from Zilla Parishad Kolhapur to Zilla Parishad, Nashik vide order dated 15.3.2013. Thereafter consent letter was issued on 10.6.2016 by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nashik. However, since the petitioners have not been relieved to join the transferred place, the petitioners had approached the Chief Executive Officer, Kolhapur for reliving them to join at the transferred place. However, since no orders have been issued on that representation, the petitioners have filed these petitions. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, Zilla Parishad Kolhapur submits that in view of some administrative difficulties, the order of relieving has not been issued.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this petition in terms of prayer clause (c ). While considering the petitioner's representation, the authority shall consider the law laid down by this court in the case of Lilabai Vasant Talekar Vs. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad,Pune in WP No. 5779 of 2014
