This is an Application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for bail in C.R. No.325/2017 dated 23.07.2017 registered with Mangalwedha Police Station, District Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 and 12 of Prevention of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

It is the case of the prosecution that the Applicant under the pretext of taking tuition of victim girl who was studying in 9th Std, outraged her modesty by touching her inappropriately. First Information Report is lodged by Shri Dadasaheb Bhimrao Sarvade, father of the victim girl. During the course of investigation, the Applicant came to be arrested on 30.08.2017. After completion of investigation police have submitted charge sheet. 1/2

After taking into consideration the allegations made in the First Information Report and the statement of First Informant who is a minor coupled with the fact that the investigation of present crime is completed this Court is of the view that the Applicant can be released on bail. Hence the following order:
i) The Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No.325/2017 dated 23.07.2017 registered with Mangalwedha Police Station, District Solapur on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two separate solvent local sureties in the like amount.
ii) After his release from jail, the Applicant shall attend the Mangalwedha Police Station, District Solapur once in month i.e. on every 1st Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. till the conclusion of trial.
iii) The Applicant shall also attend all the dates before the Trial Court. iv) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.
