Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition, in view of the subsequent developments. 2.

It may be noted that in the aforesaid petition the petitioners had impugned the order dated 12th March, 2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, 27th Court, Pune, by which charge was framed as

2/3 against the petitioners as well as the Judgment and Order dated 13th August, 2015, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, dismissing the Revision filed by the petitioners before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune.

It appears that after the aforesaid petition was filed, evidence was led in the trial Court and the matter is now posted for arguments. 4.

In view of the subsequent developments, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to agitate all the grounds raised in this petition before the trial Court. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 7.

Needless to state, that the learned Judge shall decide the case on its own merits, uninfluenced by the observations made by the learned
