This is a Petition filed under section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 whereby the petitioners are seeking extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and make an award.

It is stated that the arguments of the petitioners are concluded and only the argument on behalf of the respondent would be heard. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the mandate to be extended. 4.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is in the interest of justice 1/2
