This is an application filed by the Applicant through jail seeking expeditious hearing in his case bearing Sessions Case No. 807 of 2014.

Learned APP submits that the Applicant is charged with having committed an offence punishable under Section 307 of the IPC. He has been granted bail, though he has not availed of the same. The charge has already been framed and the matter is of 2014.

Considering the above, for the present there shall be no order of expediting the trial. This application is therefore, disposed of.
