The grievance of the Petitioner on the date of filing of the Application i.e. 26/09/2016 was that, the Petitioner was under-trial prisoner in in CC No.184/PW/2006 and the trial in the said case is on last stage, and therefore, the Petitioner requested to stay the proceedings of trial court and keep his writ petition before the appropriate bench for urgent hearing. In all probability, the said case of the Petitioner might have been decided by the concerned court. From the date of filing of the Application almost period of 5 years and 8 months has been lapsed. We do not think that the grievance of the Petitioner still subsists. lgc
