The only prayer pressed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners is that the Applications of the Petitioners dated 23 July 2019 and 11 August 2019 be decided by the Respondent No.2-District Resettlement Officer, Pune.

We accordingly direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid Applications of the Petitioners expeditiously and in any event within three months from today.
