The learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer states that a final report claiming "C" Summary will be filed by the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today. We accept the said statement.

Therefore, at this stage, this Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the First Information Report need not be entertained. Accordingly, the same is disposed of by accepting the aforesaid statement. The learned

ash apl-1126.15 Magistrate shall proceed to pass an order in accordance with law on the report which may be submitted by the police after notice to the first informant.

In the event, the learned Magistrate declines to accept the report claiming "C" Summary, it will be open for the Applicant to file a fresh Application in this Court for the same relief for which he has filed this Application.
