The copy of Judgement of Commissioner for Employees Compensation reveals that R.No.1 was residing on the same address on which an effort was made to serve him. Thus, same is his last known address.

In view of this, prayer for Publication can be allowed. Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
