The above writ petition has been filed for issuance of directions to respondent no.2 i.e. the Senior Inspector of Police, inter-alia, to register cognizable offence in respect of suspicious death of the husband of the petitioner, to investigate the same and take appropriate action against the persons who are involved in the said crime. Though the aforesaid reliefs are sought,

Rane * 2/2 * WP-4154-2015 Wednesday, 16.8.2017 we do not find any averment in the petition as regards the complaint made to the police earlier, save and except, a representation made to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra dated 24th March, 2015, a copy of which was marked to the Superintendent of Police, Satara District. The above petition does not disclose any written complaint made by the petitioner who is the wife of deceased to the respondent no.2 herein.

In view thereof, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner, states that a written complaint would be made to the respondent no.2 within 10 days from date in respect of the aforesaid aspect. If any, such written complaint is received by respondent no.2 from the petitioner, he is directed to deal with the same appropriately and in accordance with law.
