The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this civil application is moved for restoration of the First Appeal. The Appeal was admitted on 20th November, 2007. At the time of admitting the Appeal, the Appellant was directed to file the paper book within one year from the date of the order. However, it was not complied with and therefore this Appeal was dismissed. He submits that two months to be granted to file the paper book. Vishal 1 / 2

In view of the submission, the order dated 20th November, 2007 dismissing the First Appeal is hereby set aside and the Appeal is restored to its original file.

The Appellant shall file the paper book till 31st March, 2016. However if not filed, the Appeal will be dismissed without reference to the Court forthwith and thereafter there shall no extension of time.

Issue fresh notice to the Respondents.
