Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

My attention is invited to the order dated February 13, 2020 by which the accused came to be released on bail. 3.

This is an application filed by the complainant for cancellation of bail granted to the accused.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the accused is not found at the place of his residence. While granting bail, the trial Court had imposed the condition that the accused shall furnish proof of his residence. If it is the case of the complainant that any of the conditions imposed by the trial Court are breached, it is always open 1/2

If such application is made, the trial Court as well as the investigating ofocer, undoubtedly, will ensure the compliance of the conditions while releasing the accused on bail including the consequence cancelling the bail if any of the conditions are flouted by the accused. 5.
