The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery certificate has been issued by the Labour Court and the same is also forwarded to the Collector, Thane in the year 2018, but no further steps are taken as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 for executing the recovery certificate. 2.

We have heard the learned AGP also.

Four years have passed, but the recovery certificate is not yet executed.

In case there are no prohibitory orders in force qua the recovery certificate in question, then the respondent no.2 and/or any such officer to whom the powers are delegated shall execute the recovery certificate in accordance with the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 as against the property of the certificate debtor expeditiously. The process shall commence within three months from today. The petitioner may also point out the immoveable property possessed by the certificate debtor.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
